Private Pay & Service Rates
Articulate Minds Speech and Language Therapy provides individualized, evidence-based speech and language services tailored to each client’s needs. Services are offered in-home, in the community, or via teletherapy.
I am a private pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills may be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payments are accepted securely via credit/debit card through Stripe.
Complimentary Consultation
I offer brief, no-cost consultations to help determine whether services are a good fit and to answer initial questions. Consults are typically 10–15 minutes and may take place by phone or video. This is an opportunity to discuss concerns, review needs, and determine next steps for evaluation or therapy services.
Comprehensive Evaluation
$150–$350 (varies based on complexity)
Comprehensive assessment of speech, language, social communication, fluency, voice, and oral motor skills using standardized and informal measures. Evaluation includes caregiver interview, review of relevant history, and clinical observation to fully understand communication strengths and needs.
When appropriate, a review of records may be completed in lieu of a full assessment to support clinical decision-making, particularly when a current IEP and/or recent evaluation is available.
Therapy
As a mobile private practice, services are provided in-home, in the community, or via teletherapy, allowing for assessment and intervention in natural environments where communication skills are most functional and relevant to daily life.
Individual Therapy Sessions
• 30-minute session — $85
• 45-minute session — $110
• 60-minute session — $150
Small Group Sessions
Small group sessions (2–4 clients) support peer interaction, functional communication, and generalization of skills in a structured, supportive setting.
Groups are individualized based on communication goals.

Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)
An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is a comprehensive, independent assessment requested by a parent or guardian when they do not agree with a school district’s evaluation.
The IEE provides an objective review of a student’s communication needs and includes appropriate standardized and informal measures, record review, and a detailed written report with findings and recommendations to support educational planning.
Fees vary based on the scope of evaluation, required standardized measures, and reporting requirements.
A detailed written cost proposal is provided prior to scheduling.
